A Lifelong Love Affair with the Pekingese
From a young age, Emily Johnson, the founder of DreamPekingese, has been captivated by the regal and endearing charm of the Pekingese breed. Growing up, she fondly remembers visiting her grandmother’s home and being greeted by the family’s beloved Pekingese, Mochi, whose spirited personality and loyal companionship left a lasting impression.
“Mochi was more than just a dog to me,” Emily reminisces. “She was a true friend, a confidant, and a source of endless joy. Watching her interact with my grandmother, the way she would curl up in her lap and gaze up at her with those soulful eyes, sparked something deep within me.
